However, the INTEC team has worked together since 1987. We incorporated as INTEC Engineers in 1990 and went on to become The INTEC Companies reflecting our expanded services that included Engineering, Architecture, Construction and Facility Management Support. With over 20 years of team experience and much more as individuals, the Architects, Engineers and professionals at INTECaec have tackled many projects and many diverse challenges. When you examine our experience you will find that our concentration has been rehabilitation and change of use for existing buildings with a strong institutional component. Beyond that, we range from gamma knife installations for hospitals to visa pavilions at American embassies. We have created secure mail facilities, managed construction for retirements homes, designed and built office spaces and on and on. Through every project we maintain the oversight of senior Architects and Engineers because the professional quality of our work is foremost.
